Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in your agreement, you own the final deliverables we create for you upon full payment.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated through AI tools may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI platforms. We will advise on any limitations.

We reserve the right to:

- Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice - Update pricing with 30 days notice for existing subscribers - Change these terms at any time (effective upon posting) - Refuse service to anyone for any reason

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email or website notification.

Disclaimer: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation: Aive Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Houston, Texas.
